Paradise Is Temporarily Closed for Renovations
The Paradise Journal · Announcement
Paradise Spa & Sauna is temporarily closed for renovations, starting October 7. Here is what we are working on, what it means for your appointments and passes, and how to reach us in the meantime.
We have some news to share, and we wanted you to hear it from us first. Starting Wednesday, October 7, Paradise Spa & Sauna is temporarily closed while we renovate.
Closing the doors, even for a short while, is not a small decision for a place people come to every week. We are doing it because the work is easier, safer, and faster with the building empty, and because we would rather welcome you back to a finished space than a half-open one.
The Short Version
Paradise Spa & Sauna in Fort Lee, NJ is temporarily closed for renovations as of October 7. All facilities and services are paused for now, including day passes, body scrubs, massages, and facials. If you have an appointment, we will contact you to reschedule or cancel it. Monthly Wellness Passes will be extended. We will announce our reopening date as soon as it is confirmed, and the front desk is still answering the phone at 201-482-4299.
What We Are Working On
Some parts of Paradise have been in service for a long time, and they have earned an update. We are renovating our massage rooms, the lobby, and other areas of the facility that were showing their age.
While the work is under way, the whole facility is closed: the baths, the saunas and steam room, the lounges, and all treatment rooms. We are not able to offer partial access or individual services during construction.
Appointments, Passes, and Gift Cards
If you have an appointment already booked, you do not need to do anything. Our team will contact you directly to move it to a new date or to cancel it, whichever you prefer.
Monthly Wellness Passes will be extended, so the time we are closed does not count against your membership.
Gift cards remain valid and will be ready to use when we reopen.
When We Will Reopen
We are not announcing a reopening date yet. We would rather give you a date we are certain of than one we might have to move. As soon as it is confirmed, we will share it here, on our website, and on our social channels.
We Are Still Here
The building is closed, but we are not out of reach. Our front desk is answering the phone throughout the renovation at 201-482-4299, for questions about an appointment, a pass, or anything else.
Thank you for your patience, and for making Paradise part of your routine. We know a closed bathhouse is an inconvenience, especially as the weather turns cold, and we do not take it lightly.
We cannot wait to show you what we have been working on.
